Shroud, Submerged Entry Nozzle and Monolithic Stop

Al2O3-C shroud (ZrO2-C compound for slag line), submerged entry nozzle(SEN) and monolithic stopper developed by LIRR is withhigh strength, good corrosion resistance and trermal shock resistance. Shroud may be used directly without pre-heating due to its excellent thermal shock resistance, and it is warmly welcomed by the customers. SEN has good Al2O3anticlogging ability without argon blowing which ensures smooth con-casting of high quality steel such as car steel, oil well steel and ship shell steel.
