The chrome corundum brick, which is characterized by good mechanical property at high temperature and chemical stability etc., is mainly used as the back lining of the coal water slurry gasifier and petrol coke pressurized gasifier in petrochemical industry, the inner lining of reaction furnace in chemical industry, and high temperature kilns in refractory industry. So far, it has been applied in the gasifiers imported or China-made in more than 60 plants with good performance. The brick was awarded the Second Prize of Science Progress of Ministry of Chemical Industry.Theannulcapacity ofthe chromecorundum bricks is morethan4000 tons.
